Perfect quick pasta salad for lunch, buffet, or a side dish. I make this so often, it’s a mainstay at home now. It’s even a great snack and very aromatic. Enjoy!
Cook pasta and drain into covered casserole dish, so you can refrigerate it later.
Pour dressing (oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, minced garlic) over it and stir together well.
I chill it for awhile first, and then add the olives, tomatoes, and onions.
Keep chilled in fridge.
