Description

Great weekday lunch option!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
  • 2 stalks Celery, Sliced 1/4 Inch Thick
  • ¼ cups Pine Nuts
  • ¼ cups Golden Raisins
  • ¾ cups Fuji Apple, Diced
  • ¾ cups Seedless Red Grapes, Halved
  • ½ cups Miracle Whip Or Light Mayonnaise
  • 1-½ teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
  • Lettuce Or Bread, To Serve

Preparation

Place chicken, celery, pine nuts, raisins, apples. and grapes into a large bowl.

Add Miracle Whip or mayonnaise and mix together with a wooden spoon.

Add curry power and continue to mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve atop a bed of lettuce or with bread.
