Description
Super easy, delightfully fresh summer salad.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Tomatoes (red Or Yellow Are The Best!)
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 whole Cucumbers
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 2 dashes Pepper
Preparation
Slice tomatoes, onion and cucumbers. Mix in order. Chill.

I can’t begin to tell you how yummy this is. I was despairing what I would do with all my excessive cucumbers and tomatoes out of the garden when I stumbled upon this recipe.
It is so quick and easy and taste better as it chills in the fridge for a day or two.
I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out beautifully! Thanks
