Description

This is not your ordinary lettuce salad. Instead, it has a base of broccoli slaw. Fun, colorful and oh-so easy!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Broccoli Slaw (basically 2 Packages)
  • 2 whole Red Peppers, Thinly Sliced And Chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 16 ounces, weight Pineapple Tidbits, Drained
  • 4 whole Grilled/cooked Chicken Breasts, Cooled And Cubed
  • 2 packages (3 Oz. Package) Ramen Noodles, Crushed (No Seasoning Packets Needed)
  • 16 ounces, fluid Kraft Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
  • 1 cup Cashews

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except dressing and cashews in a large bowl. Serve with dressing and cashews, to be added to individual portions.
