Description

My favorite tuna salad of all time! The perfect lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 Oz. Can) Tuna Fish (I Use Chunk White In Water)
  • ¼ cups Craisins
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

Preparation

1. Drain can of tuna.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking! I happen to like to go heavier on the dill and Craisins (dried cranberries) than I indicated in the ingredients list. I do this when it’s just me eating it!

I like to serve mine on whole wheat toast with avocado in a sandwich. It is my absolute favorite tuna salad ever!

I took your advice to vary ingredients to taste. I loved the combination of ingredients–also, your avocado and toasted whole wheat suggestion was terrific! Yummm…

I paired this with a cucumber salad in TK–perfect spring dinner.

This was delicious! I made it exactly as you stated, used 1/3 of the recipe for a sandwich and it was plenty (and only 3 WW smart point). My new favorite way to prepare tuna. Thank you!
