Filled with lots of veggies and ranch dressing goodness.
Mix the dressing packet, celery seeds, parsley, sour cream and mayo together and set aside.
Mix everything else together in a large bowl, mix in the dressing, and season to taste.
This salad tastes a lot better if you let it marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. If you really want to maximize the flavor, grill all the veggies for a few minutes first (you can use corn on the cob instead of canned). Grill them just enough to get a little char on them. You can also add some protein (chicken, shrimp, crab, tuna, ham) to make this more of a meal.
