Angel hair pasta with black olives and roma tomatoes served cold.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the angel hair pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Then drain and rinse pasta and set aside.
Add the diced tomatoes into a small mixing bowl. Drain the can of black olives and add them into the bowl. Mix well and add the oil, red wine vinegar and spices. Add the drained and cooled angel hair pasta, mix well, cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Serve cold.
Note: I am allergic to garlic and do not use it in recipes. Please feel free to add it to taste.
