Cilantro Blue Cheese Slaw

Description
The first time I tried this recipe I did it because I was curious. All the other times were because this is a great recipe. Ramp up the heat or tone it down. Either way it’s a crowd pleaser and goes great with BBQ.
Ingredients
- 8 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 whole Small Red Onion, Halved And Thinly Sliced
- ⅓ cups Cilantro, Minced
- 1 whole Jalapeño Pepper, Seeded And Minced
- ¼ cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
- ¼ cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Sour Cream
- 1 clove Garlic, Pressed
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt And Ground Pepper To Taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, cilantro and jalapeño.
In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Add the dressing into the cabbage mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

I have not tried it yet, but it has every ingrecient in it that I love…cannot wait to run to the store and make this salad…K.
