For me, legumes are a superfood! Try my new salad—easy, healthy and budget-friendly!
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.
Wash salad and slice the vegetables, apple, orange and chop the nuts. Place in a large bowl and add chickpeas (you can cook them or use canned). Drizzle with salad dressing.
Easy, healthy and cheap! Enjoy your meal!
