Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt

Description
Greek yogurt is a great substitute ingredient for mayonnaise. In my chicken salad with Greek yogurt recipe, you won’t be missing the mayonnaise one bit!
Ingredients
- ⅔ cups Grapes, Halved
- ⅓ cups Dried Cranberries
- 1 pound Smoked Chicken Breast, Shredded
- ½ cups Diced Apple
- ¼ cups Sliced Almonds
- ½ cups Diced Red Union
- ½ cups Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 pinches Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Tortilla Wraps
Preparation
Combine the grapes, cranberries, chicken, apple, almonds, red onion, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together. Serve on a tortilla wrap and enjoy!
