This salad takes the lowly cauliflower and makes it an amazing flavor-filled salad. Easy and a must for your next potluck. Your bowl will be empty!
1. Coarsely chop cauliflower into bite size pieces.
2. Chop green onions.
3. Mix sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning in a small bowl. (This step you can do earlier than needed if desired.)
4. Combine cauliflower, onions, and sour cream mixture.
5. Right before serving, mix in the nacho chips. (Add as much as you like.)
6. Serve to happy people!

You can chill the dressing beforehand for sure!

yes, you serve it immedietly as the taco chips will go soggy. No one likes soggy taco chips. Enjoy!!! And thanks for the comments!!!

This is so creative! I’m guessing you serve it cold for the sake of the sour cream and mayo?
