This is a wonderful salad, even for those who don’t like cauliflower, like me!
Tear cauliflower and lettuce into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
Layer with chopped onion.
Fry, drain, and chop bacon. Place over onion layer.
Mix cheese, mayo, and sugar together. Pour over bacon layer.
Cover and refrigerate. Let it stand for 4 hours or over night. Toss before serving.
Enjoy!
