A delicious year around pasta salad!
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, pineapple, celery, onions, grapes and cranberries.
3. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; stir into chicken mixture.
4. In a small bowl, whisk the ranch dressing and mayonnaise. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
6. Just before serving, stir in cashews.

This is such a wonderful recipe. I especially liked the dried cranberries in this. It makes a very large amount. I made this for my coworkers, and we all had second and third helpings! I was unsure about the lack of seasoning such as salt and pepper, but it didnt need it. Perfect as is!
