Description

Everything you love about buffalo chicken dip and your favorite pasta salad all rolled into one dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta, 13-16 Ounce Box
  • 2 stalks Celery Chopped Finely
  • 2 whole Carrots, Shredded
  • 2 whole Shallots, Chopped Finely
  • ⅓ cups Franks Buffalo Sauce (or Your Favorite Buffalo Sauce)
  • ⅔ cups Light Ranch Dressing (or Blue Cheese Dressing If You Prefer)
  • 2 cups Cooked And Shredded Chicken
  • ¾ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I Sometimes Add More Cheese)

Preparation

1. Cook your pasta as instructed on the package. When done, drain it and set aside.

2. Chop your vegetables and combine them with the hot sauce and dressing in a large bowl.

3. Once pasta is cooked and drained toss it in with the with veggie and dressing mixture, then add the chicken and cheese and mix to combine.

4. Refrigerate until chilled.

5. Enjoy!

this was really good; i switched in bleu cheese crumbles for the shredded cheese, it came out tasty.
