I’m not particularly fond of bottled salad dressing, but if you haven’t tried Wishbone Bruchetta Italian Dressing, put it on your shopping list today! My new favorite for pasta salad and chicken marinade!
Cook enough pasta so that you’ll have 3 cups after cooking. Cook according to package instructions. When it’s done, rinse in cold water and drain again. Put the pasta into a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and wine vinegar with bottled dressing. Add it into the bowl of drained pasta. Set aside.
Add tomatoes, celery, red onion and black olives to pasta and dressing.
Toss to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Note: I love a pasta salad with flavor, and this dressing is the best I’ve ever had. And it’s so simple to throw together!
