So easy and delicious. My 4 teenage boys devour this one.
Thaw peas in the fridge overnight or under cold running water. In a large bowl, add peas, onions, bacon and cheese. Add mayo starting with 1/4 cup and adding more if it doesn’t seem creamy enough for you. All ingredients can be “eyeballed”—more onions and cheese if you like, less bacon, etc. Add salt and pepper to taste.
I listed one hour as the cookiing time. That includes cooking the bacon and dicing the onions and cubing the cheese. It could actually take less time if you are quick.
