Description

10-minute Bean, Tuna, Dill Pickle and Bell Pepper Salad is full of flavour, and simple with the use of canned vegetables. Easy, quick and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 283 grams Canned Tuna Chunks In Water With No Added Salt
  • 425 grams Canned Corn
  • 425 grams Cannellini Beans
  • 425 grams Red Kidney Beans
  • 500 grams Fresh Bell Peppers (Yellow, Green, And Red)
  • 142 grams Baby Dill Pickles (Not The Sweet Ones!)
  • 227 grams Cheese Like Swiss Or Cheddar
  • 227 grams Light Mayonnaise (or Greek Yoghurt)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Open all cans and drain the juices before placing the vegetables in a big bowl.

Slice bell peppers, baby dill pickles and cheese into corn size pieces and add to the bowl. Add mayonnaise, mix it all with a spoon, season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavours to come together.
