Great to take to cookouts or a perfect summer side!
In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, salt, and pepper. In a large salad bowl, layer a third of the greens and a third of the mayo mixture and a third of the onion, peas, and cheese. Repeat the layers twice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add the bacon and then toss the salad.

mmmm This salad looks so good, I can hardly wait to try it! The fresh local spinach is starting now so I will be making this soon! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
