A unique blend of flavors, perfect for the summer. The tangy dressing is simple and perfect.
To make the dressing, combine the yogurt, brown mustard (I used Wheat Brown Mustart with garlic in it), honey and lemon juice in a bowl with salt and pepper.
To prepare the grapefruit, using a serrated knife, cut around the grapefruit between the peel and fruit, making sure the knife touches the base of the fruit. Remove fruit and slice into 2-inch pieces. Slice avocados.
Add the grapefruit and avocado to the bowl with the dressing and toss.Wash and dry the lettuce and place on a serving platter. Spoon grapefruit and avocado on the lettuce.
