Ah-mazing Potato Salad

Description
This potato salad is simply wonderful! With a few interesting ingredients, you will be surprised how well the flavors meld together! No soggy boring potato salad here!
Ingredients
- 5 pounds Potatoes
- 2 whole Finely Sliced Radishes
- ½ cups Diced Celery
- ½ cups Finely Minced Onion
- 5 whole Stuffed Olives, Finely Chopped
- 6 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
Cook the potatoes so they are fork tender.
Prepare the veggies (dice/mince) and chop the hard boiled eggs. Combine with mayo, mustard, salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper. Mix with the veggies.
Dice potatoes and once cooled, add to the mayo and veggie mixture. Allow salad to stand in the refrigerator overnight for the best flavor to develop.
