Even you slaw haters may love this one. It’s not mayonnaise-y, but slightly sweet, tangy, light and crisp.
Cabbage has a lot of nutritional value, so it’s a great alternative to a green salad. Serve with some fried chicken or pulled pork and you’ve got yourself a winner!
Pour slaw mixture into a large bowl, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, whisk until the sugar is totally dissolved and pour mixture over slaw. Toss to combine.
Let sit 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator and toss again. Serve!

yeah, Im not too keen on mayonnaise-y stuff either, but I love me some slaw!
This was a perfect compromise.
I hope you both love it as much as my family does =)

My husband hates mayo, but loves slaw … this will be perfect for the pulled pork I am making this week! I’ll let you know how it turns out!
