Description

A delicious, quick to make, no fat bean salad. So good you’ll never miss the oil found in traditional 3 bean salads!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Green Beans
  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Wax Beans
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans
  • ¼ cups Red Onion, Sliced Thinly
  • ¼ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate, Thawed
  • ¼ cups Water

Preparation

Drain and rinse beans.

Combine all beans and onion in a bowl.

Prepare dressing by whisking together the vinegar, honey, apple juice concentrate, and water until well blended.

Pour dressing over beans and onion, mixing well.

Cover and let marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes and toss again before serving.

This can also be made with fresh beans (steam for 5 minutes) and/or cooked dried beans.
