Canned tuna in a white sauce served over crispy, buttered toast. Try it for lunch!
Whisk the flour and milk together in a saucepan over medium low heat. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 5 minutes until thickened. Serve on buttered toast.
If you need to serve 4 people, just add an extra can of tuna to the recipe.
