Salty feta cheese, sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and briny olives give this lighter pizza the perfect bite!
Preheat oven to 475 F. Stretch or roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the oiled pizza dough.
Top the dough with the cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, and feta. Bake pizza on the middle rack of the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
