Just for Cinco de Mayo I give you this … Say goodbye to plain old tacos and burritos. Carne asada steak and shrimp make this bad boy one to remember.
Put the marinade into a medium sized bowl. Add the cooked steak into the marinade. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
On a flour tortilla, spread a layer of sour cream, then a layer of guacamole and then layer liberal amounts of cheese, meat, shrimp and pico de gallo. With wet fingertips, fold over sides of the tortilla and roll up.
Place rolled burritos in a hot skillet or grill. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes total.
Serve with your favorite hot sauce and some rice and beans.
