Description

I am in love with this burger. It may be the best burger I have ever made.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE AIOLI:
  • ½ cups Canola Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 whole Large Roasted Red Pepper, Minced
  • FOR THE BURGERS:
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • ¼ cups Spinach, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Grated Or Pressed Through A Garlic Press
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • FOR THE ASSEMBLY:
  • 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella Or Baby Bell Cheese
  • 4  Hamburger Buns
  • 4 slices Large Beefsteak Tomato
  • 4 whole Large Basil Leaves

Preparation

For the aioli:
In a food processor add all ingredients and process until well blended. Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate until needed.

For the burgers:
In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together with your hands until well combined. Do not over mix.

With your hand, score the mixture down the center then across the middle, making 4 parts. Separate each part and make into 4 patties.

Grill 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Lay cheese on top of patty during the final minutes of cooking to melt the cheese.

Spread each bun with the aioli then add a tomato slice, basil leaf, burger patty, and top of bun.
