Description

Gooey s’mores pizza bites with a graham cracker pizza dough crust!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DOUGH:
  • 1-½ teaspoon Quick-Rise Yeast
  • ⅔ cups Warm Water
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour Plus Extra For Dusting Work Surface
  • 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 75  Mini Marshmallows
  • 125  Milk Chocolate Chips
  • FOR THE DRIZZLE:
  • 6  Large Marshmallows
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Chocolate Marshmallow Flavor

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare 1 or 2 round pizza pans by spraying with cooking spray. Set aside.

For the dough:
In a mixing bowl add yeast and water. Using a whisk mix them together. Rest for 5 minutes. Using your mixer fitted with the dough hook add flour and mix in. Add the graham crackers and mix until everything is incorporated.

Dust counter top with flour and dump the dough ball out of the mixing bowl. With flour covered hands work the dough until you have a nice smooth ball. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and make 25 circles with a small circle cookie cutter. Place circles onto pizza pans. Re-roll the dough scraps and continue cutting out circles until you run out of dough.

Bake for 4 minutes. Pull pans out of the oven, place 5 milk chocolate chips and 3 mini marshmallows on each circle and return to the oven and continue to bake for 3 more minutes.

In the meantime put your large marshmallows and butter into a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Add your frosting creations flavor and stir.

When you pull the pizza bites out of the oven drizzle with melted marshmallows. Serve and enjoy!
