Description

Lemony flavored treats coated in white chocolate make for a great afternoon snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 box 2.9 Oz Boxes, Cook And Serve Lemon Pudding Mix
  • 4 cups Rice Krispy Cereal
  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Spray an 8×8 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large pot over low heat, melt butter and marshmallows together. When melted and well combined, take pot off heat and add pudding mix. Continue to stir till the pudding mix has melted into the marshmallows. Add the cereal and gently mix to combine then pour it into the prepared pan.

Using waxed paper or a spatula coated with non-stick cooking spray press the cereal into the pan. Cool for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.

Melt white chocolate chips over a double boiler. When melted dip the end of each treat into the chocolate and lay onto a sheet of parchment paper until the chocolate has hardened. Alllow them to set and completely cool and enjoy!
