Description

Don’t judge. This isn’t gourmet. This is getting a decent meal on the table with only 6 ingredients and 5 minutes preparation time. Again another meal my family gobbles up!

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Pork Chops
  • 8 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
  • 8 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing, 6 Ounce Box
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Niblet Corn
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

- Mix brown sugar & mustard together. Cover each side of each chop with with it and place in a 9×13 baking dish.
– Then combine stuffing, corn and water. Top each chop with 2-3 spoons of stuffing mixture.
– Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

I finally made this and it is delicious! I used frozen corn and increased the water to 1&3/4 cups.
Served with fruit and a tossed green salad. My husband sends his compliments to you!

The first time I made this I followed the recipe and my teenagers said, “Mom, you have to make this again” but tonight I substituted chicken breasts for the pork chops. This time I heard, “Make it with chicken everytime!” I used bottled honey mustard the second time, too, instead of mixing the brown sugar and mustard and it turned out great. What a fabulous find! We will be having this weekly, or more often if my kids have their way!

This is excellent! Really elevates all the ingredients to an extra-special meal. I served this with fruit salad and a tossed green salad…applesauce would be good too.

This was very good, perfect after a long day of work, no prep work at all. Instead of a can of corn I used a can of tomatoes, okra, and corn mixture. I only used 4 chops for just the two of us but I still used the whole can of veggies and the whole box of stuffing, put in a square dish.

Very easy, very good meal. I loved how quick it was to put together and the stuffing/topping was super good. Great recipe!

Made this tonight for three picky eaters- my parents and grandmother.

Everyone loved it. SO EASY. Served it with a side of oven roasted broccoli.

This is going on the rotation!
