Yum!!
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Whisk egg in a small bowl and add milk.
3. Crush potato chips with the back of a spoon until fine.
4. Dip the chicken pieces, one by one, into the egg mixture and then roll in potato chips.
5. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip once.
For the sweet and sour sauce:
1. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
2. Stir constantly until thick.

This sounds wonderful!!! I have a recipe for potato chip tenders but not with this yummy sauce!!! My kids would love this one as well….maybe even better than mine!

Sounds yummy and I’ll definitely try it, but umm…is the sugar supposed to be in the dipping sauce? It’s listed with the chicken ingredients, so I wasn’t sure
