Description

Parmesan Ranch Chicken is perfect if you are feeding picky people. It’s amazing if you are tired and need a quick meal. It’s a secret weapon for unexpected guests and delicious enough for special dinners and celebrations. It comes together with just a few minutes of prep and only takes 10 minutes to bake!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • ¼ cups Ranch Dressing, Or More As Needed
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cups Italian-Style Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove all fat from outside of chicken breast. Slice against the grain into ½-inch thick slices.

Add chicken to a large bowl. Pour on ranch dressing and toss to coat. Add additional ranch as needed to coat chicken.

Spread chicken out on the bottom and up the sides of the bowl. Sprinkle with about half each of the Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and garlic. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and garlic and toss again.

Spray an aluminum foil-lined cooking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in a single layer on baking sheet. Spray tops of chicken with cooking spray (this helps the chicken crisp up).

Bake on the bottom rack of your oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is done and no longer pink inside. Check chicken by slicing the thickest piece and looking for any pink color.
