Oven Baked Romano Chicken is an easy and delicious menu idea for Sunday dinner or a family meal!
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Make an egg wash by whisking the eggs with water. Set aside.
Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, rosemary, oregano and Romano cheese.
Pour olive oil into an 11 x 15 x 2 baking pan and turn pan to coat bottom evenly.
Dip the chicken pieces into the egg wash, then into the flour mixture. Arrange in prepared baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is nicely browned and juices run clear (internal temperature of 165ºF).
Serve with baked potato and crisp green salad.
