Description

Spicy Peach Plum Habanero Sauce is the perfect touch of heat and sweet! Hot has never tasted so good. Great for chicken, pork or beef.

Ingredients

  • 24 whole Habanero Peppers, Cleaned And Seeded
  • 12 whole Black Plums, Peeled, Pitted And Sliced
  • 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Peaches In Light Syrup
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Cleaned And Diced
  • 1 cup Cane Sugar
  • ½ cups Honey
  • 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger

Preparation

In a food processor, add all ingredients. Process for several minutes until mixture is smooth.

Pour into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly so that it does not stick. Once sauce reaches a rolling boil, turn heat to simmer and continue to stir for 10 minutes.

Let cool and pour into 8-ounce jars. Store in refrigerator.

This recipes makes seven 8-ounce jars.
