Description

Get the recipe for these mini turkey meatloaves that make a great comfort food dish without the extra calories.

Ingredients

  • 2-¾ pounds Ground Turkey
  • ¼  Sweet Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Spicy Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1  Egg White
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5-½ Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • FOR THE KETCHUP TOPPING:
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Brown Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a bowl and form 4 mini meat loaves. Place in a baking pan.

Mix ingredients for the ketchup topping and spread on top of the meat loaves. Cook for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
