Great Recipe…definitely will be making this dish again. I added red peppers and Jalapeno tabasco sauce (my huband is addicted to it and it goes on everthing pasta) and replaced the ricotta with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (which you can find at Hy-vee) Taste like homemade Hamburger helper except better thanks for the recipe

This is a great make-ahead meal. I made the meat sauce one night and stored it in the fridge until I was ready to use it. When we were ready to eat I heated the meat sauce, made the pasta and mixed them together. Yum!

Made this last night. The only changes I made were using buffalo instead of beef (I can’t have beef), adding some mushrooms, and also, when it was done as far as the recipe went, I poured it all into a 9×13 and baked it until bubbly. My boyfriend RAVED about it. I think I would put in much more zucchini next time.

My family of four loved this recipe. I liked the zucchini and might try fresh mozzarella next time. The shredded clumped a little, but still yummy! I also left out the beef. Thank you for submitting.
