Description

My mom makes this in a 13×9 dish. I love the way it looks when baked in a Springform pan! Very impressive!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 Oz. Size) Crescent Rolls
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • ½ pounds Deli Salami
  • ½ pounds Provolone Cheese
  • ½ pounds Deli Ham
  • 7 whole Eggs, Divided
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 24 ounces, weight Jar Of Roasted Red Peppers, Drained

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll one package of crescent rolls and line the bottom of a Springform Pan. Cover roll with half of the spinach, salami, provolone and ham. In a small bowl, lightly beat together 6 eggs and parmesan cheese. Pour half of this mixture evenly over top of ham. Top with half of the roasted red peppers. Repeat layering with remaining spinach, salami, cheese, ham and egg mixture, then peppers. Top with remaining package of crescent rolls.

Lightly beat remaining egg and brush over top. Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. Run knife around edge of pan, remove springform pan. Cool for 30-60 minutes.

This can also be made in a 13×9, following the same directions. Allow to sit 30-60 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

This is another one of my favorites as well. We call it a “Hoagie Bake” I have never tried it in a springform pan though. Spinach also is new. That is a nice, fresh touch. I add banana peppers or olive salad sometimes. Everyone needs to try this once! Easy to put together and feeds a lot of people!

This is the best! I will also cut back on the eggs next time as the bottom was a little soggy. It still disappeared though with all leftovers eaten within 24 hours.

Great option for a brunch! I made it for dinner and the family loved it. I did use a 9×13 pan and lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Also cut back the eggs to 3 and only 1/4 cup of Parmesan. I did use an additional egg to brush on top. I omitted the salami and just used ham. Baked for 25 minutes with foil and 25 minutes without. Only let it sit for 10-15 minutes and it was fine. Thank you for posting! :)

We loved it! Next time might reduce the amount of eggs just to see if we notice but other than that it is perfect! The hubby even likes it cold the next day!

What a wonderful dish. Everyone loved it and I heard the strangest words come out of my husband’s mouth at lunch following day, “You’ve got to try this, it’s even better today!”
