Description

I recently bought a frozen chicken club flatbread pizza from the store and was very disappointed with it. But it inspired me to come up with this very tasty pizza instead so I guess it was worth something.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
  • Salt, Pepper And Cilantro To Taste
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Honey Mustard
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 7-in. Pre-made Pizza Crust
  • ½ cups Diced Seasoned & Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 2 slices Center-cut Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Shredded Low-fat Mexican Cheese Blend

Preparation

Combine the tomatoes, onions and salt, pepper and cilantro. Set aside.

To make the sauce, stir together the honey mustard, mayo and sugar.

Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza crust, reserving about 1 teaspoon. Top with the chicken, bacon, tomato mixture and cheeses in whatever order you desire. Drizzle with the remaining honey mustard sauce.

Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and the crust is as crispy as you want it.

According to my calculations (and I don’t include veggies) this whole pizza is about 560 calories, or 140 per slice (4 slices).
