Pizza, pizza!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE PIZZA CRUST:
  • 2 packages 2 Count Packages-Garlic Naan
  • FOR THE PIZZA SAUCE:
  • 1 can 28 Oz Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Oregano
  • ½ teaspoons Marjoram
  • ½ teaspoons Basil
  • ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¾ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons White Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Or Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 4  Fresh Basil Leaves, Julianned

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F. Put the naan on baking sheets and set aside.

Place all ingredients for the sauce in a food processor and pulse until tomatoes are broken up.

Spread the sauce over each naan. Top with cheese, then tomatoes.

Bake until cheese is melted and edges turn brown, about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.

*For a crisper crust place naan directly on oven rack.
