Use up your late farmer’s market bounty in a delicious pizza!
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle (generally 9 x 13). Place pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on top leaving a one inch border for the crust. Next, dollop some of the burrata on top of the pizza sauce. Then sprinkle zucchini, red onion, chicken sausage, corn, grape tomatoes and the cheese over the top. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Bake pizza for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil.
