Fixing a ham this season? Step it up a notch and fix this Crockpot Honey Ham, and make your honey happy.
1. Rub sugar all over the ham like you’re giving it a massage—it will pay you back later.
2. Place ham in the bottom of a 4-5 quart crock.
3. Pour honey over ham.
4. Pour juice into bottom of crock, not over ham. Put the lid on.
5. Cook on low for 5 hours or until temperature reads 140-160ºF. Baste with juices 2-3 times and turn over halfway through cooking.
6. Remove from crock and let stand 30 minutes before slicing.
