Description

Give the gift of Granola Munch Mix—unlike other gifts it won’t collect dust and when it’s gone, there isn’t anything to put away or step on in the night when it’s dark.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • ⅓ cups Shelled Sunflower Seeds
  • ⅓ cups Shelled Pepitas (pumpkin Seeds)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine oats and seeds.
2. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir well.
3. Pour liquid ingredients over oats and mix well to coat.
4. Spread onto a large greased baking pan.
5. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set pan on a rack.
6. Cool completely. Stir in cranberries and chips once cooled.
