It’s taco pizza! A healthy southwest dinner!
Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500ºF. (If you don’t have a pizza stone, use an upside down baking sheet that is large.)
Stretch pizza dough out to be 12 to 14 inches in diameter. (I make my pizza on parchment paper for easy transferring.)
Spread salsa, taco meat, half the cheese, black beans, corn, onions and peppers over the pizza. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake on the hot pizza stone for 10–15 minutes or until crust is cooked to your liking.
Remove pizza and top with fresh tomatoes and cilantro. Serve hot with lime wedges.
