Pizza goes south of the border with this delicious Chicken Enchilada Pizza! Tastes just like your favorite enchiladas!
Preheat oven to 475 F. Roll the pizza dough out onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
With the back of a spoon spread the green enchilada sauce all over the top of the pizza. Top the sauce with the cheese.
For the chicken mixture: In a bowl toss the sliced cooked chicken, enchilada sauce, chili powder and cumin together until the chicken is completely coated in the mixture. Spread the chicken out evenly over the cheese.
Add the remaining pizza toppings except for the cilantro and the spicy Greek yogurt drizzle.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients for the spicy Greek yogurt drizzle.
Once the pizza is baked remove it from the oven and top with the cilantro and drizzle with the spicy Greek yogurt.
