A simple, fulfilling casserole that can be thrown together in 30 minutes after a long day at work.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Boil water and cook the pasta.
In a large skillet, season the ground turkey with the onion, garlic, salt and pepper and cook it through over medium-high heat. This usually takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain the cooked pasta.
In a large mixing bowl or the pot you cooked the pasta in combine 1/2 the shredded cheese, both cans of soup and the cooked turkey.
Put the mixture into a casserole or baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Cook in a 350F oven for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and beginning to turn golden brown.
