Girls’ Night Dip

Description
A great dip for veggies or crackers.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
- ½ whole Yellow Onion
- 1 block 8oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- ⅓ cups Sour Cream
- ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
Preparation
Set the cream cheese out to soften at room temperature.
Dice the tomatoes and onion. Combine the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Then mix in the onions, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, oregano and basil.
Garnish with a bit of diced tomato if you want. Serve cold or at room temperature with crudites, crackers or breadsticks.
