Description

Enjoy this SUPER EASY, kid friendly dish. I remember eating this as a kid and it was always a joy. I hope you love my cheeseburgers…pasta style!!!!!! :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2-½ cups Water
  • ⅓ cups Catsup
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked
  • 12 ounces, weight VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread, Cut Up

Preparation

1. Brown meat in large skillet and then drain.

2. Add water, catsup, onion powder and mustard. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with right fitting lid. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

3.Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.

Didn’t you post this recipe on Pioneer Womans web site but named it Cowboy Macaroni and Cheese! I got this recipe then. It is so Good!

I serve it with Hawaiian rolls and fres fruit. I’ve been asked for this recipe twice. The orgignal hamber helper.

It is soooooo good and easy!

This is a great recipe. I make this for my family but I add in some broccoli. Gets a veggie in there.
