Lemon garlic butter shrimp and asparagus.
Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
On a large baking sheet, add shrimp, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and zest. Mix with your hands to coat well, then arrange shrimp in a single layer on one side of the sheet pan.
Place asparagus and cherry tomatoes in a single layer on the other side of the sheet pan. Drizzle the veggies with olive oil and sprinkle everything with sea salt and pepper, to taste.
Place into preheated oven and bake until shrimp turn pink and opaque and tomatoes start bursting, about 8–10 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
