Description

Delicious air fried pork belly bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pork Belly
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • Your Favorie BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Cut pork belly into cubes. Place cubed pork belly in a bowl and season with salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Set air fryer temperature to 350ºF for 25 minutes. Place pork belly in the air fryer skin side down. Flip pork belly with skin side up for an additional 10 minutes at 400ºF.

Drizzle some BBQ sauce over the pork and mix. Serve warm.
