These choc ices are actually much easier to make than you would imagine.
Place banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and dairy free milk in a blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
Grease 6 mini loaf tin moulds. Divide ice cream mix between the moulds. Place in the freezer and freeze until solid; this will take a couple of hours.
Place melted chocolate in a bowl. Working quickly, remove ice cream from freezer. Place each frozen block of ice cream into the melted chocolate. When fully coated, remove with a fork and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Return to the freezer for 5 minutes to set the chocolate. Enjoy.
