This was on the table in an hour and ten minutes. Not a weeknight meal. The meatballs were dull, the rest was fine.

These were wonderful! So flavorful and moist. I used slider rolls as well. Definitely something that I will make again.

They were a HUGE hit tonight! I was able to save the “whats for dinner” mystery once again. Brilliant recipe. I used beef and used 2 lbs. instead of 1/2 lb. I will use this recipe again and again. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve made these several times now & they are the most requested dinner from my husband. To save time, I double the recipe for leftovers & use packaged slider rolls. For my 3 & 5 yr. olds, instead of sandwiches, I make pasta & add the sauce/meatballs. It’s a hit!

Very yummy! I’d never really experimented with fresh parsley & this was a great opportunity to use it. I substituted bread crumbs since I was pressed for time. Turned out great!
